Who they are
Charles Lewis won the Cross Country three times, back to back in 1990 and 1991 and once more in 1994, having served notice with a runner-up ride in 1987. He took three Belmopan Classics alongside them, and was the outstanding Belizean rider of the early nineties, at a point when American visitors were beginning to make the race far harder to win at home.
