Who they are
Justin Williams won the Cross Country in 2015 and again in 2018, and counts those days among the proudest of a career that took him from South Central Los Angeles to the top of American racing. An eleven-time United States national champion and a Belizean national road race champion, he co-founded and rides for L39ION of Los Angeles, the team he built to open the sport up to riders who look like him.
