Marlon Castillo

Marlon “Diesel” Castillo won the Junior Cross Country in 2004 and took the KREM Classic that same year at sixteen, then spent the next decade collecting more than twenty-five wins across eleven different races, among them five Belmopan Classics, four KREM Classics, four Valentine Classics and four national titles. He stepped away from the sport for seven years, came back on barely three months of training, and finished fourth overall in the 2022 Cross Country while taking the Masters 35+ title outright.
