Delete your Breakaway account

1. Open Breakaway BZ and make sure you’re signed in.
2. Tap More, then tap your name at the top to open your Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away and you’re signed out.

You can remove some of your data and keep your account.

• Favorites. Remove them yourself in the app: open Favorites and tap the × next to a rider, team or race, or tap Remove from Favorites in the ••• menu on its page. They’re removed straight away.
• Feedback, preferences or usage statistics. Ask us to delete them. In the app, go to More, then Send Feedback, and tell us what to delete. Or use the form below and choose “Only some of my data”.

We handle these requests the same way as a full deletion. We email you from support@breakawaybz.com to confirm the request is yours, delete what you asked for within 30 days, and let you know when it’s done. Your account stays open.

• Your sign-in and account (name, email, and how you sign in)
• Your favorite riders, teams and races
• Your preferences, such as units and appearance
• Your notification settings and notifications
• Your usage statistics, such as which screens you opened

• Feedback and corrections you sent us. They help keep the archive accurate, so we keep them, but your email and the link to your account are removed.
• The public archive itself. Riders, races and results are part of the sporting record and are not linked to your account, so deleting your account doesn’t change them. To ask for a change to a record, see Corrections.

In the app, deletion happens immediately. Requests sent from this page are handled within 30 days, usually much sooner, once you confirm by email. Copies held in our routine backups are overwritten within 30 days after that.
